Child safety is FRANCK & FISCHER’s first priority and a key element of our products.

We warrant this by testing our products vigorously, ensuring that they are safe for the designated usage, and that they are not a hazard to children or their families. FRANCK & FISCHER always tests products according to European standards, and no product is marketed that has failed any test.

To secure extra safety for European consumers, local authorities sometimes take out products in the market for test. In this case Apple red soother holder has been tested in Lithuania. Their test has shown that the silicone ring and the clip can break. We have of course had an approved test by an international test agency, and we have also ourselves not been able to repeat the fail result on any of our soother holders.

However, to avoid any risk, we will recall this product. We therefore ask customers who have purchased this soother holder to immediately stop using it. If you have this product, please throw it away.
